POST-GRADUATION IN Organization Gamification

PGGO aims to provide students with skills in the design and implementation of gamification strategies in order to promote the typical processes of organizations, from recruitment, onboarding, training and education, talent management, customer care and loyalty, marketing to the sales process. In this scope, methodologies, frameworks, tools, languages, dynamics, mechanics and gamification elements will be explored contributing for the creation of a consistent and fun journey through all workflows in an organization. During the course, students develop skills, in business and educational contexts, related to the design of gamification strategies up to their application/implementation in content or learning management systems. The course offers different perspectives from Computer Science, Education, Multimedia and Human-Machine Interface and, based on this interdisciplinarity, enables the student for collaborative dialogues between the different areas. PGGO privileges the face-to-face regime, but all curricular units will have a component that will be given at a distance through digital means.
